I’m officially living the dream.
After spending more than a year getting to know you and telling your stories as a news reporter here at KMOT-TV, I now have the opportunity to pursue my passion as the station’s Sports Director. I’m proud to continue to bring our viewers the best sports coverage in the Minot area.
I’ve prepared for this moment from my time at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. Where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism and graduated with a second major in History.
While in school I served as sports director, anchor, and reporter for NNN SportsNight, a show devoted to providing highlights, news, and analysis of Northwestern sports. Our staff won the NATAS College Emmy for best newscast in the nation my junior year. I also freelanced for ESPNU, the Big Ten Network, and Sprint NFL Mobile during my time at Northwestern.
Before coming to Minot, I began my career as a news reporter with WGEM-TV in Quincy, Ill.
I am originally from Reading, Pa. I enjoy watching sports, volunteering with Companions for Children, golfing, cooking, reading and the color purple.
