| McLean County Teen Killed in Accidental Shooting |

| The McLean County sheriff`s office says a teenager is dead after being accidental shot by another teen at a home near Garrison. The sheriff`s office says the 14-year-old boy was fatally wounded Saturday when another 14-year-old was handling the firearm. Sheriff Don Charging says the teenagers thought the gun was unloaded. Charging would not confirm the victim`s name, citing his age. An obituary notice for 14-year-old Alec Bauer of Garrison said he "died from a fatal gunshot wound to the abdomen in a tragic accident that occurred in one of his friend`s home just east of Garrison." |
