One county has a borderline problem that doesn`t separate north and south, but rather, east and west.
And it`s a problem that sparks some very strong feelings on both sides.
The time zone line in North Dakota has slowly migrated west over the years.
And now, some in Mercer County want it to move north, as well.
The Beulah Chamber of Commerce and several businesses in the city say they`d like to be part of the Central Time Zone.
While some in the county prefer to stay on Mountain Time, the chamber says the move is necessary for business and health care.
Businesses that operate in Mercer County have had to figure out how to communicate with their counterparts in Central Time, and it hasn`t always been easy.
