| Charges are pending against a teenage girl after an early morning crash that killed a Wyoming man. The rollover happened two miles north of Flaxton on a Burke County road around 6:15 this morning. 20-year-old Neil Adkins was killed. The 17-year-old Kenmare girl who was driving and a 19-year-old passenger were treated and released. The Highway Patrol says charges are pending against the girl who was driving but did not release any other details. |
