Easy Drug Arrest

| Bike Patrol Officers from the Minot Police Department didn`t need to put much effort into a double drug arrest early this morning. While patrolling the area bike officers made contact with 28-year-old Casey Walhood of Minot at a bon fire in southeast Minot. Walhood said he thought he had a warrant for his arrest and began emptying his pockets. One of the items was a plastic pipe containing marijuana residue. Walhood was arrested for possesion of marijuana paraphernalia. Meanwhile, 25-year-old Kyle Dupont of California approached another officer and stated he also had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested. Both men were taken to Ward County Jail. |
