A Minot attorney has been suspended from practicing law because he`s facing charges involving cocaine and drunken driving.
James Wolff faces a felony charge of conspiracy to possess cocaine. North Dakota`s Supreme Court says Wolff was defending a client against drug charges, and he`s accused of asking the client to get cocaine for him.
The cocaine charge carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
Court records say Wolff also was arrested for drunken driving twice this week. The Supreme Court has ordered Wolff suspended indefinitely from practicing law until a disciplinary complaint against him is resolved. |
