Another delay in the resolution of
lawsuits over the Northwest Area Water Supply project.
The state and federal governments have been given another month, until mid-August, to file their latest round of briefs in response to complaints by Canada and the state of Missouri. The judge has delayed the deadline because a new Justice Department attorney on the case needs more time to
prepare.
