| Family to be Honored for Military Service |

| The North Dakota National Guard says a Cavalier County family will be honored for their military service. The Guard says the Lothspeich family from Wales will be presented the state`s Meritorious Service Medal on Saturday in Park River. The Guard says the late Ed and Rose Lothspeich were the parents of nine sons and one daughter. All nine of the sons served in the military, dating back to WWII. The military says three of the surviving sons will be accepting the award. |
