A McClusky man is hospitalized and his uncle is in custody after a shooting in the central North Dakota town.
Sheridan County Sheriff Trent Naser says Joshua Zeeb, 29, was shot in the abdomen with a handgun about 4:15 a.m. Tuesday, outside a family residence where Zeeb and his uncle were living.
Zeeb was taken to a Bismarck hospital. His condition wasn`t known Wednesday.
Naser says the uncle, Bradley Roth, 51, was arrested at the scene of the shooting without incident. He`s facing an attempted murder charge, and has a bond hearing scheduled Thursday.
Naser says the shooting happened after an argument between Zeeb and Roth that started inside the house and was taken outside. |
