| ND Make-A-Wish Receives Donation |

| The Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Dakota received a generous gift today for its Adopt-A-Wish program. The Williston Basin Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute gifted $5,000 to the program this afternoon. "We get a lot of donation requests in the mail, and one of the things that we get in the mail annually if not more is um, things from Make-A-Wish and we saw the Adopt-A-Wish program," says Shonna Kramer, the treasurer of the Williston Basin chapter of API. "We knew there were some children locally who could participate in that program. And that`s why we decided to go ahead and put our $5,000 donation out there." The Adopt-A Wish program allows contributors to fund a child`s wish in it`s entirety. Donor funds cover all the costs associated with the wish, including admission fees, transportation, food, and lodging. |
