| The Highway Patrol has identified the two people killed in a crash Friday. 18-year-old Serrina Schnabel of Velva and 23-year-old Hillary Meier of Georgia died in the head-on collision. It happened around 8:15 Friday morning on U.S. Highway 52, east of Donnybrook. Authorities say the Georgia woman pulled out to pass a semi on the two-lane highway and hit the oncoming car driven by Schnabel. |
