| Not Guilty Plea in Weapons Charge, Shooting Death |

| A Dickinson man has pleaded not guilty to a weapons charge relating to the shooting death of his former stepfather. Benjamin Orf is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, stemming from the shooting of Neal Matejovsky of Dickinson. And prosecutors say Orf will likely face a conspiracy to commit murder charge. Matejovsky`s body was found in a Dunn County field in April. Shane Miller of Texas is accused of shooting Matejovsky twice. He has pleaded not guilty to murder. Orf`s attorney says there is no proof Orf had a firearm in his possession. |
