| Authorities say the vehicle that struck and killed a woman crossing U.S. Highway 85 in Bowman late last month might have been a semitrailer. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a possible description is a white Freightliner semi towing a flatbed trailer. Anyone with information is asked to call the patrol at 1-701-227-6565 or State Radio at 1-800-472-2121. Belinda Kay Messer, 42, of Bowman was trying to cross the highway at a city intersection the night of Sept. 25 when she was struck. She was pronounced dead at the scene. |
