What is known to many locals in Surrey as the Full Moon bar is now the Bottoms Up lounge. Scott Brobst bought the bar in July and since then has given the place a $25,000 make-over. Brobst has fully changed one of the walls and put in a whole new bar. This weekend the bar will be hosting a grand opening at 1:00 p.m. with free hotdogs and door prizes.
In Minot, John`s Auto Body is advertising their business in a unique way. Owner, John Erickson, hired Minot artist, Ashley Freed, to draw a mural of his famous bright orange chevy tahoe on the side of his building. Erickson says that the mural is eye catching and something people will talk about. He hopes that will in turn attract customers.
Over on South Broadway in Minot, Alternative Health Solutions is now open. The business`s name says it all as they don`t treat the disease but look for the underlying cause. The business offers natural supplements, a computerized assessment which shows the bodies nutritional needs, and electro-lymphatic drainage. The business is open Monday through Thursday.
