| A man accused of having sexual contact with three children has pleaded not guilty to 20 counts of gross sexual imposition. 55 year old Jackie Palmi of Cathay in Wells County is being held in jail in Rugby on $50,000 bond. Prosecutors say the assaults may have been going on for as long as seven years. The charges carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. |
