| Grand Forks Airport Sets Operations Record |

| The Grand Forks airport has set a record for takeoffs and landings. Air traffic manager Dave Cink says the boost comes from increased operations from the University of North Dakota`s flight school. Cink says the airport will end the year with about 350,000 total takeoffs and landings. The 1991 record of 307,000 was surpassed in early November. |
