Name Released from Weekend Crash

The Bismarck Police Department has released the name of the driver who was involved in a fatal crash in Bismarck on Saturday. Robert Harrington, 58, of Richardton was northbound on State Street when he hit Adam Fetzer, 26, of Bismarck, who was driving west on Capital Avenue.

It happened around 10:00 p.m. on April 28.

Police had earlier said they believed Harrington had run a red light. Police say once the investigation is complete, the report will be sent to the States Attorney`s office for review.
