Electrocution Death in Minot

A Minot man has died after being electrocuted on the roof of a house last Friday. Police were called to 8 South Main for a domestic dispute. When they arrived, police discovered it was actually an ambulance call.

Josef Drong, 27, was found unconscious on the roof. Emergency personnel tried to revive Drong, but were unsuccessful.

According to police, Drong and a friend were on the roof while it was raining. Drong came into contact with some wiring and was electrocuted.

Alcohol appears to be a factor.
