Schlotzsky`s Deli Reopens | Video

A popular eatery in Bismarck is now open once again in its brand new location. This weekend, Schlotzsky`s Deli welcomed back customers.

The deli was formerly operating out of a space near K-Mart. However, owners recently remodeled the former North American Steak Buffet on State Street.

The menu is the same, however they`ve added seating for nearly 100 and a drive-thru.

"We like the more room, the dining room. Like today, we were extremely busy, it didn`t seem like there were that many people here because we`re so used to being crowded. Since we have more room in here, it`s been great," Part-owner and store manager Sharon Erickson said.

National chain Cinnabon is also joining Schlotzsky`s at the location.
