Three People Convicted on Firearm Charges

Three people have been convicted of possesion of a firearm by a convicted felon. Adam J. Winarske, 26, of Bismarck was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison, followed by two years of supervised release.

A couple from Moffit Arthur L. Funk, 39, and Dorothy L. Oster, 47, were also sentenced on the same charge. Funk was sentenced to one year and one day in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release.

Oster was sentenced to two years in federal prison, to be followed by two years of supervised release. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrently with a three year North Dakota state court sentence that she was ordered to serve on December 14, 2011.
