Minot Police Officer Hurt in Crash

A Minot police officer was sent to the hospital after a crash last night. Around 11:00, Amy Forsman, 35, crashed her car into a marked patrol car on north Broadway.

Investigators say Forsman was arrested and charged with DUI.

The police officer in the car, Erik Laudenschlager was treated and released from Trinity Hospital.

The incident is under investigation.
