ND Ranked Fifth for Businesses

CNBC recently announced that North Dakota has placed fifth among all states in its annual study of "America`s Top States for Business". North Dakota moved up eight spots from the 13th ranking in 2011.

The ranking scored all 50 states on 51 measures of competitiveness developed with input from business groups. States received points based on their rankings in each area.
