Minot Man Charged with Killing His Three Daughters | Video

A Minot man been charged with killing his three daughters in Wisconsin. Aaron Schaffhausen, 34, faces three counts of first degree intentional homicide. Police say they went to a home in River Falls yesterday afternoon because the childrens` mother reported that her ex-husband said something that made her concerned.

When police arrived, the home smelled like gas and they found the girls` bodies. The children were between five and 11 years old.

"Well, this is a tragedy for our community. It`s a small close-knit community, and obviously, there`s a wide impact when something like this happens. Our reaction is we`re saddened by what`s happened," said River Falls Police Chief Roger Leque.

The mother was not at home at the time. Authorities have not released a cause of death for the girls.
