House Votes to Repeal Affordable Care Act

Controversy over the President`s Affordable Care Act continues, now some lawmakers in Washington are trying to repeal the whole thing. A bill to do just that passed the House yesterday by 244 votes.

Five Democrats sided with republicans who unanimously voted in favor of a repeal. Included in those yes votes was North Dakota Congressman Rick Berg.

The bill will move on to the Senate where, with a Democratic majority, is not expected to pass.
