State Fair Hotels Filling Up Fast | Video

If you are staying in town for the State Fair and looking for a place to stay you better book a room at a hotel now because they are filling up fast.

Candlewood Suites and Dakota Inn are just two of the hotels that are completely booked the week of July 16 through July 29. Other hotels, such as Super 8 are filling up fast.

For Super 8, it has been a struggle balancing the State Fair visitors as well as the long-term hotel guests.

"We booked up the weekends first, cause that`s when people come for the big concerts. And we`re trying to accommodate not only the people who are here long-term and get them through and, yes, we are full with people coming in with the fair and it`s a constant barrage of phone calls," said Misty Newmiller of Super 8.
