Hearing Postponed for Spell and Waters

The defense counsel is asking for more time in the legal proceedings against the two suspects accused of murdering a Montana school teacher. Michael Spell and Lester Waters Jr. were scheduled to have their Omnibus hearing today in Richland County court.

Their defense attorneys asked for more time to prepare for the case, and the motion to continue the hearing was granted.

The hearing is now set for January 7th, 2013.
