NDHP Releases Blood Alcohol Results in Fatal Crash

Lab results taken from a blood sample of a man involved in a fatal crash earlier this month show that his blood alcohol was three times the legal limit. According to a report provided by the North Dakota Attorney General`s Crime Laboratory, the blood alcohol of Wyatt Klein, 28, of Jamestown was 0.25. The legal limit is .08.

On July 6, Klien was driving his truck in the wrong direction on I-94 near Crystal Springs when he struck another vehicle, driven by Aaron Deutscher, 34, of West Fargo.

Deutscher, his wife Allison and daughter Brielle were killed in the crash. Klein also died in the crash.
