Grenstiner Pleads Not Guilty

A Bismarck man accused of killing his mother in March appeared in Burleigh County Court this morning for his arraignment. Dean Grenstiner, 47, pleaded not guilty to charges of Felony Murder and Theft of Property.

Anne Grenstiner`s body was found in her home by her niece. Grenstiener is also charged with taking her car, which was later found at a bar in Fargo.

Grenstiner`s next hearing will be on August 27. If convicted, his maximum sentence could be life in prison without possibility of parole.
