Wacht Sentenced to Life in Prison

A Cooperstown man who killed and beheaded another man was sentenced today to life in prison without parole. Daniel Wacht was sentenced in a Cooperstown court for the murder of Kurt Johnson.

The last time Johnson was seen alive was New Year`s Eve 2010 outside of a Cooperstown bar. Johnson`s head was found in Wacht`s home, the rest of his body still hasn`t been found.
