Krueger Changes Plea

JR Havens | 8/2/2012

A former Bismarck band teacher facing three charges of corruption and solicitation of a minor has changed his plea. John Krueger originally pleaded guilty but now the plea now stands at not guilty because attorneys involved in the case didn`t agree on changes to a sentencing recommendation.

Krueger was supposed to be sentenced yesterday. A new judge, Gail Hagerty, has been assigned to the case.

No new court date has been set.
