Fort Buford Holds Weekend of Events

A state historical site south of Williston will have several living history and historical presentations in mid-August. Fort Buford, located 22 miles southwest of Williston, will host a weekend of events on August 18 and 19.

Events will include, History Alive! presentations, demonstrations on cooking, marching, a cannon drill and history on the life of a frontier soldier in the late 1800s.
