Enbridge Restarts Line

Jennifer Joas | 8/6/2012

North Dakota`s Bakken crude oil is exported out of the state through pipeline and rail and one of those pipelines companies is Enbridge. But 10 days ago, one of Enbridge`s lines spilled close to 1,200 barrels of oil in Wisconsin.

Today, the Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety Administration approved the restart of that line.

An Enbridge spokeswoman for North Dakota said the Bakken Crude deliveries will remain as scheduled, and there was little disruption to the service during those 10 days.
