Flags to Half-Staff | Video

North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple has re-stated the President`s orders for all United States flags at public buildings and grounds and military facilities to be lowered to half staff. President Obama ordered the proclamation in tribute to the victims of the deadly shooting in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.

Wade Michael Page, 42, an army veteran, was responsible for the shooting of six people at a Sihk Temple in Oak Creek.

Governor Dalrymple asked that all North Dakota State flags be lowered to half-mast. All flags are ordered to remain lowered until sunset on Friday.
