Aunt Charged with Assault

A Bismarck woman was arrested after her nephew reported that she hit him with a hammer. Lucinda Touchine, 24, was charged with Aggravated Assault after her 19 year old nephew reported that she hit him on the head with a hammer three times after he insulted her mother.

The nephew was treated and released with no major injuries.

Touchine says he attacked her first and she acted in self-defense.
