Frontier Announces Service to Minot

Starting this fall, people travelling to and from Minot will have another airline option. Frontier Airlines announced today that they will have nonstop flights between Denver and Minot beginning November 5.

"As we`ve continued to enjoy such a fantastic response to our Bismarck and Fargo service, it`s clear there is a considerable need for Frontier`s high-value, low-fare service throughout North Dakota," said Daniel Shurz, Frontier`s senior vice president, commercial. "We look forward to providing the Minot community and western North Dakota with low-fare, nonstop access to Denver, in addition to convenient connections up and down the west coast."

"Having Frontier Airlines announce they`re coming to Minot is a whole different animal and we`re excited about having an affordable airline enter this rapidly growing market," said Minot International Airport Director Andy Solsvig. "More flights connecting to the west will mean more options for travelers."
