Grasslands Fire Restrictions in Effect

Fire restrictions will go into effect for the Little Missouri, Grand River and Cedar River National Grasslands at 12:01am Mountain Daylight Time tomorrow. Under the special order building, maintaining, attending, or using a fire or campfire is only allowed within a developed recreation site equipped with metal fire rings or elevated charcoal grills.

Smoking is prohibited, except within an enclosed vehicle or building. The fire restrictions will remain in effect until conditions improve.
