Bismarck Man Charged with GSI

A Bismarck man was arrested over the weekend for Gross Sexual Imposition after he was caught trying to have sex with an unconscious girl. Michael Baxter, 28, was caught trying to have sex with an 18 year old girl by his girlfriend at around 5:30 on Sunday morning. Baxter told his girlfriend that he was going to use the restroom and she later found him in the girl`s bedroom.

Police arrived and arrested Baxter, he is currently being held at the Burleigh County Correctional Center.
