| 9/5/2012

The North Dakota Highway Patrol used aircraft surveillance for a right-of-way saturation effort near Jamestown today. The enforcement took place at the intersection of Highway 52 and the Highway 52 bypass.

The pilot in the aircraft observed violations, which were then radioed to troopers on the ground.

The NDHP made 21 traffic stops during the enforcement. Of those, 14 involved a commercial vehicle committing a right-of-way or lane change violation.
