The individual whose name appears on this notification has been convicted of a crime against a child or an attempted crime against a child, or has pleaded guilty to a sexual offense. In accordance with North Dakota State Law this individual must register as a sexual offender or an offender against children.

The offender is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community.

Information Narrative: Mr. Dozier is Moderate Risk offender due to convictions on March 24, 2010 of GSI and Corruption/Solicitation of a Minor in Steele County District Court. When Mr. Dozier was 21 he had consensual sexual intercourse with a 14 year old female. He also had relations with two other females who were over the age of 14, one of which became pregnant. He was recently released from incarceration.
