Police Arrest Two For Fighting

Bismarck police arrested two men last night who were fighting outside of an apartment complex. At around 8:30, police were walled to the complex on north 16th St. where they arrested Jarrou Seaphus, 31, of Minot and Kelly McLeoud, 25, of Bismarck.

According to police, Seaphus hit McLeoud with a metal bar, causing several cuts and bruises on his arms. McLeoud responded by throwing a metal chair at Seaphus, who ended up needing 14 stitches to the head.
