An NDSU football player let his lawyer do the talking in Cass County District Court this morning. Brandon Jemison has been charged with indecent exposure. Attorney Bruce Quick appeared on Jemison`s behalf and entered a not guilty plea. If convicted, Jemison could face up to a year in prison and have to register as a sex offender.

Police say he exposed himself outside the West Acres mall in July.
