Southbound Lanes on State Street Opened

From now through September 23, all of the southbound lanes on State St. in Bismarck will be open to traffic. The lanes will be open until work resumes on Monday, September 24. The center lane of the northbound roadway will remain closed from I-94 to Calgary Ave.
