Expect more traffic delays if you`re driving on State Street. For several days, all southbound lanes have been open but tomorrow the center lane will be closed as construction resumes. The center lane of the northbound roadway is already closed from I-94 to Calgary Avenue.

DOT officials encourage drivers to slow down and use caution when traveling through the work zone.

Workers are repaving and repairing potholes. Construction is expected to be complete at the end of the month.
