Vigil for Bryan Sleeper | Video

Friends, family and fellow deputies gathered at the Burleigh County courthouse tonight to hold a vigil for Deputy Bryan Sleeper, who died of a heart attack in the line of duty.

Fellow deputies spoke of their time working with Sleeper, and the department unveiled a bench with his name engraved. They also planted a tree in his honor.

Today marks the one year anniversary of his death.
