Bus Driver Arrested for DUI

A Bismarck bus driver was arrested for DUI this morning after a Bismarck Public Schools employee suspected that he was under the influence of alcohol. Thomas Griak, 41, faces the possible loss of his commercial driver`s license. Police say they were contacted after Griak finished driving his bus route, and after an investigation say they determined the driver may have been under the influence of alcohol for a commercial driver`s license.

The legal limit for alcohol on a commercial license is .04.
