The individual whose name appears on this notification has been convicted of a crime against a child or an attempted crime against a child, or has pleaded guilty to a sexual offense. In accordance with North Dakota State Law this individual must register as a sexual offender or an offender against children.

The offender is not wanted by the police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is not intended to increase fear in the community.

Information Narrative: Mr. Crone is a lifetime high risk offender due to two convictions of Corruption/Solicitation of a Minor in McIntosh County District Court on July 27, 2009 and Stutsman County District Court on November 8, 2011. Mr. Crone had sexual intercourse with a 17 year old female in the first conviction. After the conviction he moved to Jamestown where he began a relationship with a 16 year old female when he was 23 years of age. He recently moved to his new address.
