A Bismarck homeless man faces felony terrorizing charges after witnesses say he pulled a gun on a man and threatened to shoot him. Police were called to the Moose Club parking lot shortly before 10:00 last night after a Steele man says he saw the suspect checking car handles.

He asked the man what he was doing and then says the man pulled a handgun on him. The man then took off running. Police found him two blocks away and arrested him for terrorizing and also on an outstanding warrant.

The police report didn`t indicate if a handgun was found.
