Planned Burns for Sheyenne Grassland

The U.S. Forest Service announced today that they will be conducting burn treatments on the Sheyenne National Grassland. The burns will be in eight different units that will range in size from 100 to 800 acres.

Authorities will be burning the areas under strict policy and weather parameters.
