Edible Fashion Show | Video

Kids are often told not to play with their food. But who said anything about wearing it? On Sunday afternoon, the Missouri Valley Optimist Club and URL Radio put together an edible fashion show.

People from different organizations took on the task of making outfits made entirely out of food. Not only was it a fun way to spend their Sunday but it was also a way to get the community together.

"It`s also a way for the community to see what`s new in their town and help support the new businesses," Optimist Club member Donna Carik said.

The show also featured an edible art auction and booths for different vendors from around Bismarck and Mandan.

Proceeds from the show will benefit the Optimist Club.
