Mandan Brewers Set to Tap | Video

Two Mandan brewers are ready to serve up their own craft beer to the public in Bismarck. Devon Waldron and Steve Nelson from Edwinton Brewing Company have been busy brewing a new ale called Lou. Lou is a Belgian IPA, or India Pale Ale.

Edwinton Brewing was formed around three years ago, but it wasn`t until this week that the company was ready to release a barrel of the beer commercially.

"There`s a lot of beer drinkers in North Dakota and we want to make a beer that anyone in North Dakota can pick upa nd drink and enjoy. But we also want to make a beer that can be respected by the craft beer community," Waldron said.
